Well-being at Enrian: A Commitment Beyond the Workplace

At Enrian, our commitment to the well-being of our people goes beyond company values—it is a fundamental aspect of our culture. Ensuring the health and happiness of Enrianers is not just a goal; it's simply what we do every day to make a positive impact on our people in the long term.

Creating Spaces for Passion:

In the spirit of promoting a vibrant and healthy work environment, Enrian empowers its employees by granting them the right to create clubs that align with their passions. Whether it's design, programming, business, or sports, the choices are as diverse as our international team. One example is the initiative led by our Business Analyst, Francesco Pagano, who is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle.

I thought that the most valuable thing I could share with my colleagues would be my passion for health and well-being. At the same time, I wanted to launch an initiative and then make it a collective effort with no designated leaders, because I believe that everyone’s input can only make it better. Taking Well-being to the Next Level:

Francesco and a group of like-minded colleagues initiated a dedicated Slack channel where they shared valuable tips and insights on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Recognizing the impact they could have, they decided to take things further. Apart from the dedicated Strava challenge, they organized an in-person workshop featuring experienced yoga coach Lukas. The Breathwork and Meditation workshop focused on specialized breathing exercises designed to enhance physical and mental well-being. With over 15 Enrianers participating and providing positive feedback, the success of the session ensures it will be repeated in the near future.

Breathing Workshop Highlights:

Check out the highlights of the Breathwork and Meditation Workshop held at our Enrian office! The workshop not only offered a time out from the demands of the workday but also provided practical tools for stress management and mindfulness, contributing to well-being.

Celebrating Collective Effort:

At the end of last year, Enrianers participated in a Strava challenge to track their physical activities. The collective effort of 19 people resulted in an impressive total of 19,054 minutes of activity. Demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility, Enrian doubled this effort by translating it into financial support for two deserving organizations: the National Institute of Mental Health (NUDZ) and the Centre for Mental Health Development.

After all, at Enrian, the well-being of our people is not just a part of what we do — it is who we are.
